Malibu Eclipse – Luksuzna Vila

The first floor of the Malibu Eclipse villa consists of four bedrooms, and each room is en-suite (each bedroom has its own bathroom). There is one additional bathroom on the ground floor.

This villa offers optimal accommodation for 8 people, but can accommodate 2 extra people on the sofa in the living room. The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen equipped with everything guests need during their stay in the villa, a dining room for 10 people and a comfortable living room overlooking the main terrace and pool. Furthermore, large glass surfaces extend throughout the villa to provide as much natural light as possible.

The main terrace is spacious, includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining and seating area for 10 people and a pool table.

In front of the terrace there is a unique 13 meter long pool (75 square meters) with an integrated jacuzzi and deck chairs in the water. The pool is also surrounded by comfortable sun loungers.

Near the pool there is a gazebo with garden furniture, and it is completely surrounded by a spacious garden with palm trees. The rest of the outdoor space is furnished in a modern style, designed for relaxation and unwinding. When the sun is not in sight, on the second floor guests can find a wellness room with jacuzzi, sauna and flat-screen TV for complete relaxation. The wellness room has access to an open roof terrace with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

The villa offers complete privacy. It is surrounded by a fence around the entire property and has video surveillance. The villa has a covered parking. The villa and yard are located on almost 1000 square meters of property.
